The SC FITNESS METHOD is a unique fusion of professional coaching, myzone® heart rate monitoring, and personalized fitness classes. Our coach led SC Fitness/SC Pulse classes will guide and inspire you to achieve the fitness you’ve always strived for.

This method was designed with one goal in mind: to effectively motivate you, while our coaches lead you through a safe and effective workout, each and every time.

Cardio

Whether you walk, jog or run, you’ll go at your own pace based on your fitness level. We also have bikes and rowers.

Strength

Our weight exercises change daily so you can focus on different muscles. Your coach can provide options for any movement if you have injuries or limitations.

Ever go to the gym and not know what to do first? Our professional coaches guide you from minute one until the clock calls “time!” on the workout.

We’ll prove you’re improving. Our MyZone Heart Rate Monitor delivers real time data and performance metrics allowing you to really tune in to your workout.

Our instructor led workout will make sure no one is ever left behind. Workouts are designed to challenge the best of athletes or the most novice gym goer to the appropriate level of their ability.

OPTIONS, NO MATTER WHAT

Recovering from an injury or orthopedic issue and need special guidance? Just tell your Coach! Every Coach is equipped with the knowledge to modify workouts and movements based on ability, injury, and recovery.
