What’s in the Plan

As an SC New You participant you will receive the following:

Initial one on one consultation with head coach and managing partner Charles Cassara. In this capacity, Charles will learn about you as an individual and go over our program and methods.

He will introduce you to the SC Fitness team of coaches and health professionals that will be working with you during your 6 week transformation. Finally, he will set your initial goals over the course of your 6 weeks with us.

Instructor led workouts 5 days per week designed specifically for SC New You members.

A true customized nutrition plan based on your goals and eating habits. Our nutrition coach will map out your meal plans, weekly shopping lists and guide you on what to eat and when to eat it.

By the end of your program you will have the knowledge to continue forward, meeting your nutrition goals.

A MyZone heart-rate based tracking device. We will utilize this technology to track your calories burned, effort during workouts and overall fitness progress.

With this device, our coaches will have the ability to provide you with daily comments and tips to help you improve your development.
