SC Yoga

Our weekend Yoga classes lead by a certified Yoga teacher, are free for SC Fitness members but open to the public as well.

Our style of Yoga is more relaxed than a general studio setting with its main focus being recovery and flexibility training. There is no experience needed and it is suitable for every level.

It is a great compliment to any fitness regime with benefits you may have never thought of like, increased mobility in places like the hips and shoulders which are necessary for plenty of basics like squatting and overhead movements.

Yoga also teaches you how to breathe and move effectively, breath oxygenates your muscles and also calms your mind. So, whether you’re trying to move deeper into your backbend or complete one more box jump – how you breathe matters.
