SC Teens

Our goal for our teen’s class is to shape your teen’s definition of health and fitness building healthy habits to last a lifetime. SC Fitness is also the perfect place for your teen’s offseason, no matter their choice of sport!

Young athletes always benefit from functional fitness and light weightlifting, which is the center of our training. Our classes will always have several different levels of athletes from beginner and up our coaches are trained in modifying all workouts and movements to promote proper movement while preventing injury under their watchful eye.
