Group SCFit Classes

Head Coach and CrossFit Games Master Athlete Charlie Cassara personally programs all of our SCfit group classes. Charlie believes in a stronger longer approach to fitness and his workouts reflect this with a focus on form, strength, and endurance.  Members experience greater fitness gains, move faster, lift heavier and run harder than they ever thought possible all while having a blast!

We are more than a workout regimen; we are a community of like-minded yet diverse people working as one to support each other’s goals.   We are athletes, parents, housewives, teenagers, business professionals, first responders, senior citizens, and children.

All of our coaches are able to provide personal training by request and mutual availability. One on one training is excellent for individuals looking for a more personalized experience. Personal training helps clarify goals, pinpoint weaknesses and optimize proficiency through a strategically designed program especially for you. Your coach can help you identify goals related to health, fitness and/or nutrition.

SC 30/45/60

SCfit 30 is fast-paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and sweaty!

SCfit 45 class builds your foundation and gets you stronger. Workouts include strength training & skill training followed by an interval workout. In this class, we will learn, lift, and sweat!

SCfit 60 min functional movement at high intensity. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. This requires previous experience or completion of 6 SCfit30 or SCfit45 classes.


SCfit Teens is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s approach to teens age 13-17. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, SCFit Teens emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translate to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on teen’s academic achievement.

SCfit Teens is meant to be BIG Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less obesity and all-around better health for our teens. Further, the needs of high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age in adolescence or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of teens. SCfit Teens is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing a wide array of socioeconomic groups an opportunity to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives.

Our coaches advocate a healthy lifestyle in an approachable forum. Teens will be coached and then advance as a skill set is obtained. Their goals will be more specific and measurable. School athletes find that the addition of SCfit training to their regimen increases their endurance, speed, and coordination.
