Personal Training Sessions

$500 per person

12 one hour sessions
Train at your home, track, field, or park
We bring the equipment –
Rowers, bikes, barbells, weights, KB, DB
We design the workouts for you
We coach you the entire time

Nutritional Coaching

$300 per person

12 weeks of coaching
One 30 min zoom call per week
Initial nutritional program set up
We guide you the entire 12 weeks
Weekly weigh-ins & journal corrections
Daily e-mails with food suggestions
